New Monastic Roundtable 2026

Following last year’s one-day event in Bern, another weekend event will take place in Vaumarcus from 21–23 August 2026. This means there will be more time for discussion and conversation. We have been organising this event regularly for eight years now, and I am constantly re-inspired and moved by what this event has already set in motion.
This year’s theme:
In the heart of the neighbourhood – present or rooted?
One of the speakers will be Ralf Neumann from the German Polylux community. Ralf and his friends have been doing exemplary work for years in the Datzenberg prefabricated housing estate in Neubrandenburg.
